FLOW is a disaster
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I have resided at Caymanas Country Club Estate for almost a year, and FLOW services are interrupted at least once a week. It's terrible!
As I'm sitting here sending this email, my phone, internet and cable has been out since noon. It normally goes out for days and every time you call FLOW, it's a different story why, or they tell you that this is the first time hearing of issues even though the whole community has been calling to report.
Their customer service stinks, not to mention the long hold time. it's disgusting. If FLOW cannot provide us consistency in cable service, one would think their customer service would at least be acceptable. Believe me when I say I will be the first to sign up for Digicel when they put down fiber optic in this area as I had them prior to moving here with no issues period!
I originally had FLOW first when I was in Constant Spring area and switch to Digicel immediately when they became available. I have been a loyal customer for years with FLOW, but have been getting the garbage service from them.
