A brilliant curling shot by Phillipe Coutinho in the 20th minute has given Brazil a 1-0 half-time over Switzerland in the final match on the fourth day of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
As Brazil pressed forward Coutinho picked up a loose ball at the edge of the 18-yard box and put his shot out of reach of Switzerland's goalkeeper Yann Sommer and in off the far post.
Earlier in the second match of the day Mexico pulled off a massive upset when they clipped defending champions Germany 1-0. Young star Hirving Lozano scored the winner in the 35th minute.
Serbia, courtesy of a brilliant free kick by Aleksandar Kolarov in the 56th minute, were also 1-0 victors over Costa Rica in the day's opening match.
